I have been a client of Kathy Nguyen for 6 years. I first started to visit her shop operating as Hi-tech Beauty Salon in 2005 as I was staying in the area and caring for my mother. I would have a pedicure and manicure once a month. I always found her shop to be clean and witnessed her sanitize each foot basin after each use. Precautions such as these are extremely important to me. At the time, I was a school principal and well aware of the importance of sanitary conditions when working with cuticles and procedures that should be in place.

I have continued to drive in to Palms Beauty Salon even though there are many other facilities closer to home. I still have mani-pedi  facial wax  massage once month and plan to continue because Ms Kathy is honest hard worker who is skilled in her profession, she is aware of the importance of cleanliness and bacteria control and maintains a shop with these always in her mind.
